Let Us Get To Know You
We are very low pressure people.  We use the first conversation just as a way to get to know you, your clinical interests and answer your questions.  Our favorite question is:  “describe your perfect job in terms of hours, location and clinical setting”.  Let’s see how close we can come to your perfect job!

Clinical Review
Our second meeting is all about your clinical skills.  We request three didactic evaluations, review your references and talk to you about your clinical experience. We have high clinical standards for our subcontractors.  Show us how great you are.

Options
You will review school options which fit your schedule and clinical preferences.  Each of these options will have been pre-screened by Boothby Therapy Services so you can be confident of each option.  Once we decide which option hold the most promise we visit the school, meet with special education staff and discuss the specifics of the caseload. 

Contract Time
You’re a great therapist.  You have a great school option.  We make you a formal offer and you become a member of the BOOTHBY THERAPY TEAM!

Spouses
We encourage spouses to take as active a role in this process as you desire.  Spouses are always welcome at any or all of the steps above.
