I am a COTA and have been working with Boothby Therapy Service for two years as an independent contactor in the public schools. When I first met and interviewed with Christopher and Maren Boothby I was very impressed by what the company had to offer me. I was a new graduate and was very excited to work in the pediatric field. Maren was supportive with my preferences for the type school and the ages of the students I wanted to service. I was passionate about working with students on the autism spectrum. Christopher provided me a contract with a residential school that has a neurobehavioral unit, and I have never been happier. The clinical support I receive from the company is outstanding. They matched me with Irene Gordon OTR/L.BCP as my supervising therapist and I am very happy with the level of clinical supervision I receive.

Boothby Therapy Services provides me with all the tools I need to be a better therapist. They negotiate the contracts with the school districts; provide support within the schools for issues such as space, caseloads, equipment, and billing. When you need a template for a report or daily notes, Maren has one to meet all your needs. Christopher and Maren have been supportive with reimbursement for CEU’s that have expanded my clinical skills. They also provide reimbursement for my COTA license and professional liability insurance. They provide excellent reimbursement for time spent on traveling to and from the schools and for any emails or reports that are done at home for the schools.

The company has really grown since I joined them two years ago and they have contracts in school districts for Speech and Occupational Therapist in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. Even though the company is growing Christopher and Maren continue to have many different functions such as company dinners, or relaxed CEU presentations where all the therapists from both fields can collaborate and benefit from each others clinical expertise. Maren and Christopher are supportive of every therapist's needs and are always available to provide clinical and professional support. If you are looking to work for a great company and with great people, Boothby Therapy Services is the place for you. I give Boothby Therapy Services my highest recommendation and would not consider working anywhere else. I hope you consider joining them too.
