LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR BOOTHBY THERAPY SERVICES

In December 2005, I was considering a change in my employer since I was dissatisfied with my work environment. I received a letter in the mail from Boothby Therapy Services describing their company and the benefit of being a subcontractor. I hoped a phone call to Maren might open other opportunities available in the field of Speech and Language Pathology.

I met with Maren to discuss my qualifications and their possible match to the company's needs and goals. After speaking with other therapists in the company and careful consideration, I decided to join Boothby Therapy Services. After 8 months of employment with this company, I have not considered leaving or exploring other job opportunities. I have found Maren and Christopher to be extremely skillful and supportive in the areas of:

• negotiating contracts with school districts taking employees preferred population/location in mind.
• providing education and review of company's evaluation templates.
• appropriate compensation for actual time spent on preparation, delivery, and travel time of delivered services.
• reimbursement for required certifications and insurance.
• options in instances where contract was not renewed with school district.

When I joined the company it consisted of 8 Speech and Language Pathologists. Recently the company has expanded to include additional Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and corporate office space including an administrative assistant. Despite these changes, the support has continued to be exceptional.

I have found Boothby Therapy Services to be an attractive company based on their clinical and professional expertise as well as their genuine concern for their employee's success in the field. Given the many positive aspects of this company, I hope you will consider making a change.
