When you join Boothby Therapy Services, you are joining a company with a reputation for providing the highest quality therapy services available. Our company makes it easy by providing the following services for part-time contractors:

Contract Identification and Negotiation:
Boothby Therapy Services has developed positive relationships with principals and special education directors in districts throughout the state of New Hampshire. Our standard contract protects the interests of the clinician to maintain the best possible working environment for you.

Conflict Resolution:
In case a conflict arises in your work setting, you are not alone. The company is available to assist you in resolving issues of concern, whether they are clinical or contractual in nature.

Monthly Billing Services:
Boothby Therapy Services will generate a detailed and professional bill for your services monthly and will follow up with schools to insure payment for services rendered.

Payroll Services:
Your payment schedule is not contingent on snow days or school board meetings. You enjoy the security of payment from Boothby Therapy Services, on a scheduled date, each month.

Clinical Support:
When you join Boothby Therapy Services, you will be provided with complete report templates that will allow you to produce detailed and professional evaluation reports in a fraction of the time it would take to produce these from scratch. Templates for memorandum, transition notes, and progress reports insure consistent, professional formatting that does not cost you extra time.

Liability Insurance:
Boothby Therapy Services will guide you through the process of obtaining liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per incident, and $3,000,000 annually. Full reimbursement is provided for all clinicians working more than 30 hours per week with Boothby Therapy Services.

In addition to the benefits listed above, full-time contractors enjoy the following additional benefits.

New Hampshire State Licensure Services:
Boothby Therapy Services will reimburse you for the annual cost of New Hampshire state licensure.

Association Membership:
Boothby Therapy Services will reimburse you for your annual dues for membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association or American Speech, Language, Hearing Association providing you with all AOTA/ASHA benefits, including on-line access to convention abstracts and journal articles, and copies of continuing education transcripts.

Continuing Education Allowance:
Full-time contractors enjoy a generous continuing education allowance.

Let Us Get To Know You
We are very low pressure people. We use the first conversation just as a way to get to know you, your clinical interests and answer your questions. Our favorite question is: "describe your perfect job in terms of hours, location and clinical setting". Let's see how close we can come to your perfect job!

Clinical Review
Our second meeting is all about your clinical skills. We request three didactic evaluations, review your references and talk to you about your clinical experience. We have high clinical standards for our subcontractors. Show us how great you are.

Placement Options
You will review placement options which fit your schedule and clinical preferences. Each of these options will have been pre-screened by Boothby Therapy Services so you can be confident of each option. Once we decide which option hold the most promise we visit the school, meet with special education staff and discuss the specifics of the caseload.

Contract Time
You're a great therapist. You have a great placement. We sign the formal subcontractor contract, assist you with gaining liability insurance, handle all the school/licensure paperwork and you are ready to go.

Spouses
We encourage spouses to take as active a role in this process as you desire. Spouses are always welcome at any or all of the steps above.
