BTS has built a CFY experience that ensures you receive the structured support, mentorship, and real-world clinical exposure needed to complete your ASHA certification with confidence — and truly love what you do from your very first day.
Our CFY supervisors are experienced, school-based clinicians who understand the daily realities of working in the school environment. They provide hands-on guidance, structured feedback sessions, and the professional advocacy that every new clinician deserves as they build the foundation of their career.
At BTS, Clinical Fellows are not second-tier employees — you are a full member of our professional community from the moment you arrive. You receive the same comprehensive benefits, peer support network, and professional development access as our most experienced providers in the field.
Your dedicated Service Delivery Manager will advocate for you throughout your placement, handling scheduling and logistics so you can focus entirely on developing your clinical skills and building meaningful relationships with the students in your care. We are committed to making your CFY one of the most valuable and enjoyable professional experiences of your entire career.
