Heather Sydorwicz, M.S., CCC-SLP, BCBA, is Managing Director at Boothby Therapy Services. A New Hampshire native, she brings over 20 years of experience across pediatric settings, including early intervention, outpatient care, and public and private schools. Heather is a dual-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), blending expertise in communication and behavior to support meaningful outcomes for students and teams. She completed her BCBA coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology and earned certification in 2010 while serving as the Coordinator of Speech-Language Services at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism. She later moved into a broader interdisciplinary leadership role within Cleveland Clinic Children’s Therapy Services, guiding a sizable therapy team, laying the foundation for her expanded leadership at BTS today. Heather and her family reside in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Outside of work, she is an avid outdoor enthusiast who can often be found trail running, hiking, or cross-country skiing. She also practices meditation and mindfulness, and enjoys cooking, baking, and time with friends and family.

Kelly Johnston, MS, CCC-SLP is a Massachusetts native who earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Communication Sciences & Disorders and Communications from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Worcester State University. Before joining BTS in 2020, Kelly spent nearly two decades in public schools, with a special passion for supporting children transitioning into school-based services from Early Intervention. She created and piloted an Everyday Living curriculum for middle school students and has presented locally and nationally on autism and Clinical Fellow mentorship. As Director of Service Delivery & Head of Hiring, Kelly leads and coaches Senior Service Delivery Managers and Service Delivery Managers who support providers across New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. She also leads the Hiring Team, ensuring BTS attracts, hires, and welcomes talented providers who are aligned with the BTS mission of helping children succeed. Her ability to connect with people, coach with kindness, and empower the team around her sets the tone for how Service Delivery shows up every day. Kelly lives in Windham, NH with her husband Scott and their two boys. A former Disney Cast Member, she and her family share a deep love of all things Disney travel. Her philanthropic interests include the Derry Boys & Girls Club and the Viviana Leon Memorial Foundation.

Meredith Bergeron, MS, CCC-SLP, is a Massachusetts native who joined Boothby Therapy Services in 2005 after relocating to New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Maine and her master’s degree from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Meredith spent 18 years working in New Hampshire schools as a speech-language pathologist, where she discovered a passion for supporting middle and high school students. As Senior Service Delivery Manager, she is dedicated to mentoring managers and service providers in achieving their clinical and professional goals. She also plays a key role in the hiring process, ensuring engagement of highly qualified professionals committed to helping children succeed. Meredith served for three years on the New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology and Hearing Care Providers Governing Board. She lives in the Upper Valley with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, reading, completing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time outdoors with her family throughout the seasons.

Elizabeth “Beth” Burns, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with over 25 years of experience working in schools. Beth holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (UNC-CH). Before coming to Boothby Therapy Services, she was the Lead for Speech and Hearing Services in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, NC for 22 years. Beth is constantly learning and truly enjoys seeing both students and service providers learn and grow. Beth is an active member of the American Speech-Language, Hearing Association (ASHA), the North Carolina Speech, Hearing, Language Association (NCSHLA), and the New Hampshire Speech Language-Hearing Association (NHSLHA). She has been a guest lecturer at UNC-CH and has presented on a number of speech-language, supervision, and funding topics at NCSHLA, ASHA, and the National Alliance for Medicaid in Education (NAME) conferences. She recently served on the ASHA School Finance and Medicaid Committees. Past positions at NCSHLA include: President, Fall Conference Chair, SEAL Representative, and Secretary. Additionally, Beth has served on several community Boards of Directors. In her free time, Beth enjoys exercising, reading, working in her yard, and traveling. She and her husband, Keith, are proud parents to an adult son and daughter.

Shannon S. Anthony, MS, CCC-SLP is a native of NH and has lived in Southern NH all of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Providence College and her Master’s degree at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Shannon has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and schools. Shannon is passionate about working with students on the autism spectrum. She has developed a high school-level curriculum for educating students in the area of social language skills. Shannon lives on Beaver Lake in Derry with her husband, Steven. She is the proud mother of two college students, Bridget and Brendan. Shannon enjoys SCUBA diving, boating, traveling, and spending time with family.

Amy Bereiter, MS, CCC-SLP, ATP, BCS-CL received her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Kentucky and her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Redlands. She has been a speech-language pathologist since 2004, working with toddlers through young adults. Amy has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, in-home Early Intervention, public schools, pediatric rehabilitation, and University clinics. Amy has held Assistant Director and Clinical Professor positions and is passionate about clinical education and mentorship. She has taught graduate-level courses on clinical practicum and AAC. Amy is an active member of ASHA and serves on several professional advisory committees. Clinically, Amy specializes in language development of AAC communicators and working with individuals who exhibit complex communication needs. She is a RESNA Certified Assistive Technology Professional, Board Certified Specialist in Child Language, and a LAMP Certified Professional. She has lectured and conducted clinical education seminars regionally and internationally on language development and AAC. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeanne Cordeiro, M.Ed. has more than 25 years of experience in the field of special education throughout the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. She has been in the role of Special Education Teacher, Director of Special Services, and Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments. Jeanne holds two master’s degrees – one in Special Education and one in Vision Studies. Jeanne strongly believes all children can learn. She uses her extensive knowledge to support service providers and she finds this work rewarding knowing she is making a difference in the lives of students with disabilities. Jeanne lives in Maine. In her free time she and her husband ski, kayak, and ride their Harleys together exploring the beauty of New England.

Beth has worked as a speech-language pathologist for 30 years in a variety of settings but primarily in schools. Before joining BTS, she was a traveling SLP for seven years which was a good match for her wanderlust! Beth has lived and worked in Maine, California, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Ireland! She holds a special place in her heart for students with ASD and Life-Skills students because of how hard they work to succeed. Personally, Beth LOVES to travel and is an enormous animal lover. She has two cats named Spencer and Gracie who have become travelers by default!

MaryLynn Hayes, MS, CCC-SLP, is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. After moving to New Hampshire in 2018, she joined Boothby Therapy Services as a school-based speech-language pathologist and transitioned to the Service Delivery Manager role in 2024. MaryLynn has worked with students from preschool through high school, but her heart has always been with the preschool population and autistic students. She loves helping young children find their voices, build confidence, and develop meaningful communication skills through strong partnerships with families, educators, and other professionals. MaryLynn is also a member of the BTS Clinical Fellow Team, where she supports new speech-language pathologists throughout their Clinical Fellowship year. She enjoys mentoring each cohort of new clinicians as they grow their clinical skills, build confidence, navigate the transition from graduate school to independent practice, and discover their own strengths as school-based SLPs. Watching Clinical Fellows develop into confident, compassionate clinicians is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. MaryLynn lives in Exeter, New Hampshire, with her husband, Dan, and their daughter. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exploring the outdoors, checking out a local brewery, planning her next trip to visit friends and family, or trying to win a competitive game of cribbage against her husband.

Dylan Magrane, MEd, NCSP is a dedicated school psychologist at Boothby Therapy Services, where she has been making a difference since 2021. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Plymouth State University and has been passionate about supporting students since 2019. Dylan specializes in trauma-informed practices, focusing primarily on preschool and elementary populations. Originally from New Jersey, Dylan has planted roots in Vermont, where she and her family are always finding new ways to build out their homestead — from raising goats and chickens to tending the garden and whatever comes next. She embraces the “why not try it” approach to rural life, and when she’s not working, you’ll find her outside with her family or settled in for a cozy evening at home.

Danielle Moore, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with over 29 years of school-based experience. Following earning her master’s degree from Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute of Health Professions in 1996, Danielle began her career working in elementary schools in Massachusetts. She relocated to New Hampshire several years later and has been serving school-aged children ever since! Danielle joined BTS as a Service Delivery Manager in 2018. In this role, she supports professionals across a variety of disciplines. Whether working through clinical challenges, engaging in meaningful conversations about practice, or simply being a source of encouragement on the tough days, Danielle is committed to showing up for the people she works with. Supporting the dedicated professionals who make a difference in the lives of children is what makes her work at BTS so rewarding. In her personal life, Danielle is a devoted wife and mother of two adult children, and an avid homesteader who brings the same dedication to her home and land as she does to her work!

Kristen Perrotti, MS, CCC-SLP is a New York native and graduate of Northeastern University and Long Island University. She has a passion for working with children and their families which has extended throughout her career. For the last 11 years, she has provided quality services to early intervention and school aged populations. She began her career in private practice helping children with intense special needs. She has extensive clinical experience working with children with apraxia and autism spectrum disorders. Upon moving to New Hampshire in 2013, Kristen worked in schools across the northern part of the state and Vermont. Colleagues have commended her ability to establish rapport and work with staff members, families, and children in a manner that is caring and professional. In her role as a Related Services Manager, Kristen is dedicated to mentoring others as they journey on their own paths in the field. In her free time, she loves to bake, listen to music, and go for walks in the woods with her family.

Denise Powell, MSP, CCC-SLP earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. She has experience working across a variety of pediatric settings, including early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, and both private and public schools in in-person and virtual environments. Denise is passionate about mentoring therapists who are new to school-based practice and/or the field of speech-language pathology. She finds the greatest reward in her work is seeing the impact that quality therapy can have on students’ lives. Outside of work, Denise enjoys exercising, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Alisha Semprebon, MS, OTR/L began working with Boothby Therapy services as an occupational therapist in December 2010 and later joined our management team to share her love and knowledge of occupational therapy on a larger scale. Alisha graduated with her master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2010. During her time as an occupational therapist, she worked with students from preschool to high school. Her passion is working with students in life skills classrooms and supporting their independence and skill development though middle school, high school, and beyond. Alisha’s bubbly personality and positive outlook are a welcome addition to any work environment. Wherever Alisha goes, sunshine is sure to follow! Personally, Alisha enjoys spending time at Newfound Lake with her friends and family and cherishes the time she has with her husband, Alex, their daughter, Cleo, and their two energetic Corgis!

Nicole Torres, MOT, OTR/L, is a dedicated occupational therapist and leader with a passion for helping children build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. Originally from Ohio, Nicole earned both her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University before moving to California to pursue advanced training in sensory integration through a collaboration between Pediatric Therapy Network and the University of Southern California. Since joining Boothby Therapy Services in 2016, Nicole has grown into a leadership role where she combines her clinical expertise with a strong focus on relationship building, mentorship, and team development. Known for her calm, organized, and compassionate approach, she is passionate about empowering therapists to problem solve, grow professionally, and feel confident in their work. Nicole finds the greatest joy in celebrating the successes of children, families, and clinicians alike as they reach new milestones together. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with her husband and son. She loves skiing, hiking, biking, cooking, baking, and making the most of Vermont life.

Molly Warmbein, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a NH native who is thrilled to be back in the Granite State after 14 years in Western PA and OH. She holds a Bachelor of Philosophy in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Akron. Molly has worked in both private and public schools where she has extensive experience in the areas of AAC, complex communication needs, and autism spectrum disorders. Molly is deeply committed to ensuring that all students (and their families) have access to AAC that meets their needs. Her work focuses on empowering SLPs and educational teams to continuously improve and enhance their AAC practices. In addition to her clinical work, Molly has provided training and consultative services to school-based teams and taught AAC courses in the University of Akron’s graduate program. Molly and her husband have two wonderful daughters who keep them very busy! When she’s not working, you’ll often find her volunteering for school/community events, cooking something tasty, or exploring NH’s beautiful mountains and lakes with her family.

Keylonda Wheeler, MS, CCC-SLP has always had a passion for helping others which inspired her to earn bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is known to be a creative collaborator and catalyst for innovation determined to encourage and motivate others in an authentic way with a touch of humor. Keylonda is most passionate about teletherapy as it overcomes many common barriers to services through the wonders of technology. Prior to joining Boothby Therapy Services in 2022 and dubbing its HyTech Therapy Solution, she gained a wealth of experience in teletherapy by providing direct services and coaching SLPs across the nation since 2015. Keylonda has a proven ability to promote trusting relationships with service providers through empathy and cultural humility. Always enjoying the incorporation of literature into her therapy sessions, Keylonda became increasingly aware of the need to diversify the book collections of families and schools everywhere. This awareness sprang into action 2021 as she authored the first of multiple disability inclusive children’s books and coached other aspiring authors to publish several. In her spare time, Keylonda can be found creating spicy, savory Cajun and Creole cuisine while singing and dancing in the kitchen with her husband and their two children.

Katrina McNichol, MS, CCC-SLP received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine, Orono and her master’s degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including working as a school-based SLP and in private practices in Northern Massachusetts. Katrina has also worked in special education coordination, supporting teams and families throughout the special education process. She has a passion for working with students with complex communication needs and enjoys mentoring new clinicians as well as participating in interdisciplinary collaboration. Katrina grew up in Maine and now lives in Massachusetts with her two sons. She enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and reading.

Leigh-Ayer Billing, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with more than 25 years of experience working with children in early intervention, outpatient pediatric, and school-based settings across Maine and New Hampshire. Raised in Maine, Leigh-Ayer earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine before going on to complete her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of New Hampshire in 2000. Throughout her career, Leigh-Ayer has been dedicated to helping children build communication skills and reach their full potential. She has a special interest in supporting students with autism spectrum disorder and speech sound disorders. In addition to her clinical work, she has remained committed to mentoring and supporting fellow SLPs in the field, first as a clinical supervisor and now in her role as Service Delivery Manager with Boothby Therapy Services. Beyond her professional role, Leigh-Ayer enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, golfing, and taking advantage of all the natural beauty Maine has to offer.

Jordan Friedman, M.S., BFA, brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, organization, and operational expertise to her role with Boothby Therapy Services. With a background in theater costume design and environmental policy, she has a sharp eye for detail and a talent for streamlining systems, coordinating workflows and supporting teams. Jordan assists the Managing Director and Service Delivery Team to stay organized, efficient and connected while ensuring providers receive dependable support. Originally from New York, Jordan is now based in Burlington, VT. Outside of work she can be found at the thrift store, reading horror books, cooking vegan food, listening to Taylor Swift or exploring the woods with her beloved dog, Bundy.

Marissa Snow is passionate about connecting exceptional people to meaningful opportunities that create a lasting impact for both clinicians and the communities they serve. She believes recruiting is about much more than filling positions—it’s about building genuine relationships, understanding each person’s unique goals, and helping them find a place where they can thrive professionally and personally. With a background in healthcare recruiting and an educational foundation in psychology, Marissa is committed to creating a positive, personalized candidate experience from the very first conversation. Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, she enjoys spending time with her two kiddos and her ever-growing zoo of dogs, cats, and chickens. Outside of work, you’ll often find her running along the beach, exploring historic sites, or planning her next adventure.

Sara is a speech-language pathologist with more than 29 years of experience serving children and families. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Disorders from the University of New Hampshire (UNH). Sara has spent the past 24 years working primarily in the public school setting, supporting students and collaborating with families and educators to help children develop their communication skills. Throughout her career, she has also worked in hospitals, private practice clinics, and long-term care facilities. Her clinical interests include speech sound and phonological disorders, as well as supporting students with anxiety-based communication challenges and helping them build confidence in their ability to communicate. Sara enjoys mentoring speech-language pathologists and special education professionals as they begin their careers or transition into school-based practice. She joined Boothby Therapy Services in 2025 as a Service Delivery Provider and transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager at the end of the 2025–2026 academic year. A Maine native, Sara lives with her son and a high-maintenance cat. Outside of work, she enjoys puttering around the house, cheering on her son at track meets, attending community theater with friends, kayaking, and thrifting.
