BTS was built on a foundation of equal parts data and relationships. Maren Boothby, MS, CCC-SLP, began as a sole practitioner working in small, rural NH schools. Her commitment to meeting the needs of every student on her caseload led to development of the Data-Driven Needs Analysis. This proprietary tool plans the exact number of hours needed to meet a caseload’s needs. The Data DNA allows schools to staff with confidence. It provides a clear budget for special education directors and superintendents. It guides how providers will allocate their time.
Data-driven decisions are a strong starting point, but it is our relationships with special education leaders and providers that bring the data to life. We know our school partners. We know what drives and inspires providers and special educators. We foster and support dynamic partnerships that help all of us overcome real-world challenges to help children succeed. Now, 300 employees in 19 states deliver speech, OT, school psychology, AAC, TVI, TOD, O&M, counseling, special education, and consulting services to thousands of children across New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.
